Support for leading Chinese government-owned construction group bidding for infrastructure projects in the Middle East (MMS integrated with SCADA, setup of maintenance organization)

Facility condition assessment, building-up of technical database and maintenance planning for a large property owner with operations all over China.

Management of daily maintenance of a mid-size factory owned by a global supplier to the automotive industry. Siveco maintenance manager on site for one year, with a focus on ensuring reliability of the machines during the early operation phase, followed by transfer of know-how to in-house maintenance team.

Involvement in various academic research and government projects sponsored by the European Union, with regards to maintenance standards (IEC, AFNOR and their applications), inter-operability of information systems (SCADA, condition monitoring, maintenance), market research (annual maintenance in China survey), etc. Those research projects were initiated and conducted by Siveco China, directly from China, with Chinese resources, without involvement from group.

Audit of maintenance organization for a major chemical complex in East China, focused on the maintenance system and its usage by the technical team. Development of a detailed action plan for improvement and follow-up activities.

Advisory session for the production manager of a leading food producer in Beijing, with a focus on the setup of the team, reorganization of the workshop, regular meeting arrangements (schedule and agenda), etc. in order to build a sustainable maintenance organization.

Support for the arrangement of large delegation from India Energy Ministry to China, including the Joint Secretary for Hydro Power and the Chairman of the Indian National Hydropower Company. The delegation visited several government bodies, hydropower producers and suppliers.
