The Siveco customer story on "How leading pump manufacturer Ensival-Moret reaches out to its customers with value-added maintenance services" was published in the seventh issue 2012 of the China Plant Engineering magazine. This article presents how the COSWIN CMMS system supports Ensival-Moret (Shanghai) to provide advanced maintenance improvement services for its customers. In addition, this excellent project makes Ensival-Moret become the first pump manufacturer in China to manage its customers' assets remotely through an online tool.
