Siveco contract entering a new phase, with the inauguration of the new French embassy in Beijing

The new Embassy of France in China was inaugurated on March 30, 2011, by the French President, in the presence of the Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs and other officials. Siveco China provides Facility Management consulting services for the new embassy, a 19,950sqm facility designed to become a true window of France in China.

Since March 2010, maintenance specialists from Siveco have worked alongside the construction team to ensure all the necessary as-built and technical documents were in place. Siveco also prepared the initial maintenance plan and contractual facility management requirements based on European standards. The company then assisted the embassy in the selection of FM service providers. During the next phase of the project, Siveco will support the start-up phase and provide a computerized facility management system to monitor the performance of service contracts. This scope of service is typical of Siveco China's offering to major facility owners.
