Siveco opens permanent project office in Beijing, targets real estate market

2013-06-06
Siveco China is proud to announce the opening of a permanent project office in China World Trade Center Tower 1 in Beijing on April 25th. The opening was celebrated with a dinner at DaDong Yijing Cuisine with all the Siveco employees and partners who were in the city at that time.

Bruno Lhopiteau, founder and General Manager of Siveco China, said:

"Siveco has had customers in the capital since 2004: our very first client was actually located here! Since then, we have been flying project teams in and out from our main base in Shanghai and more recently from Chengdu. This approach has worked very well, as our people usually work on customers' sites, and we have grown a significant activity in the city and in neighboring Tianjin. The need for our own Siveco Beijing office, in a central location, has however become more and more obvious, which is why we are here today celebrating the fourth Siveco office in China!"

He explained:

"The new office will offer flexible workspace for project teams, as well as a meeting room for seminars with partners and clients. Unlike our other offices, the Beijing office is a project support infrastructure, without permanent sales or marketing staff. Having said that, if we decide to recruit a local sales team in the future, we now have a physical location for them to work! In the coming months, our partners and customers will see increased marketing activity in Beijing and also in Tianjin, with a main focus on the facility management and real estate market."
