Anhui Baosteel Canmaking Co., Ltd., under Baosteel Packaging (one of the leading producers of metal packaging for fast-moving consumer goods in China), deploys its Maintenance 4.0 project, named "EMS" internally, with Siveco China. The project aims at realizing the standardized operation of its equipment management and maintenance system of the whole group.
Located in Bengbu, Anhui province, the project will focus on improving KPIs, reducing costs and promoting equipment management efficiency. Siveco China will establish the EMS system in line with the ISO 55000 standard, including equipment asset technical database, work order management, KPI analysis and reports, etc. The project will kick off in October, 2022.
Since 2018, Siveco China has successfully implemented bluebee® and Coswin 8i for Baosteel Packaging plants in Shanghai and Harbin, and established the "core model" of its equipment maintenance management. The project is expected to be continue expanding to more Baosteel Packaging plants.
