Bluebee Tech brings expertise in sustainable infrastructure lifecycle management at ReThink Hong Kong 2025

Managing Director Bruno Lhopiteau will participate in a panel discussion on 'Whole-Life Carbon Management in Infrastructure' at ReThink Hong Kong 2025 on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 12:00–12:50. Hosted at Hall 1 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), the session will include experts from AECOM, China State Construction & Engineering, RMI China, and SGS. As cities pursue net-zero goals, the panel will explore strategies to manage carbon emissions across an asset's lifecycle - design, construction, operation, and decommissioning. Bruno will offer insights from the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) phase, including O&M preparation during design and construction, drawing on his extensive experience with major projects in mainland China, Hong Kong, and the Belt & Road.
 
 
Bruno Lhopiteau brings nearly 30 years of experience in optimizing the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, managing assets and technical risks, ensuring sustainability and regulatory compliance. Since 2004, as Managing Director of Siveco China, its R&D arm Bluebee Technologies and affiliated companies, he has spearheaded advancements in Smart O&M technologies, working primarily on high-impact infrastructure projects in China and the Belt & Road. Clients in Hong Kong include Hong Kong Tramways, multiple projects of the Environmental Protection Department and the Drainage Services Department, Hong Kong International Airport etc.
