A major Chinese property management company has selected Siveco China to implement a mobile facility management solution for over 500 mobile users across the country, the largest deployment of an off-the-shelf field service solution in China to date.
This contract is the result of the successful completion of a 3-month pilot project at the company's headquarters. Based on Siveco China's off-the-shelf solution bluebee®, the system will synchronize data with two of the company's central systems: the Property Management System (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Another landmark deal for Siveco China, this project further strengthen Siveco's unique position in the Chinese facility management market.
