Siveco and Changcheng Property Group in pioneering partnership to provide SaaS-based FM solutions

2012-09-10

Siveco China is proud to announce the signing of a strategic agreement with Chancheng Property Group (CCPG), the leading Facility Management company in China and a major Siveco client since 2009.

CCPG and Siveco will jointly promote access to Siveco's bluebee® cloud web-based and mobile solution, pre-configured based on CCPG's FM best practices, on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The system, known as PMS (Property Management System), will be available on a subscription basis, without any investment required in IT infrastructure. This joint offering targets smaller FM services companies, typically faces with low margins, which will thus benefit from CCPG's expertise and Siveco's technologies, without any Capex investment.

As the solution is already available, enquiries from interested customers are welcome, while in the coming months a promotion campaign will be launched and further packaging will be done to facilitate access to the PMS.
