Siveco Hellas (Greece) has completed the delivery of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Coswin for a mobile gas turbine power project in Algeria. The 24 mobile gas turbine power generating sets (total capacity 481.7MW at site condition), including trailer mounted balance-of-plant equipment, have been installed at 2 different sites in Algeria by a consortium of GE Energy and Power Projects Limited (the Turkish subsidiary of Greek EPC contractor METKA Group). METKA has developed a fast-track approach to deliver pre-assembled and pre-commissioned mobile gas turbine units that can provide power to the grid in only a few months.
Siveco China is currently working on similar projects in Algeria with Korean EPC companies, which have been awarded several power plant construction contracts in the country. Siveco China has dedicated a team to assist EPCs and their subcontractors with maintenance system design, data collection, system configuration all the way to FAT, and then onsite delivery working together with our local partner in Algeria.
