Siveco held a sharing session on "Obtaining ROI from maintenance improvement" in Ningbo Free Trade Zone on July 21, with case studies from major Siveco China customers in electronics and chemical industries, followed by a live demonstration of our Coswin CMMS and the latest bluebee® mobile solution.

Siveco China GM, Bruno Lhopiteau speaking about his 13-year experience running maintenance improvement projects in China. The presentation emphasized an approach driven by Return on Investment (ROI) rather than technical features, included several short case studies (iron & steel, chemical, automotive) and a longer, very detailed, case study from the electronics industry

 

 


Audience from Ningbo Free Trade Zone, mostly composed of engineers and department managers from over 30 companies located in the zone. Discussions took place during the break, at the Q&A session and after the meeting

The Siveco China team in front of the Ningbo Free Trade Zone HR office. Siveco China will continue to organize sharing and training sessions in various industrial zones and other locations, in order to promote good maintenance practices. The partnership with well-know HR service supplier FESCO and the Ningbo Free Trade Zone proved to be very successful to raise awareness of maintenance issues
