Jinhong Gas selects Siveco China bluebee® Smart O&M solution

On June 25, Jinhong Gas and Siveco China officially held a project kick-off meeting, marking the entry into the implementation phase of their joint Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system project. The project will first be piloted and launched at Jinhong Gas's Beijing Phase I plant and Wuxi plant. It aims to establish a standardized equipment maintenance management framework for the entire group and is scheduled to be gradually rolled out to all subsidiaries and branches by 2027.
The project will fully comply with the ISO 55000 asset management standard to establish a replicable, scalable group-wide equipment operation and maintenance management framework. Enabled by digital closed-loop management, the system will comprehensively boost overall equipment performance, cut unplanned downtime, optimize spare parts consumption and maintenance manpower, lower overall operation and maintenance costs, improve equipment management efficiency, and continuously enhance on-site production safety and equipment operational reliability.
